Program description
Pet Cremation Directory Customer Care is an optional text-messaging program for people who request help using our pet-aftercare directory. Messages may confirm a request, provide links to requested directory information, and answer questions about using the directory. Enrollment is not a condition of purchase or use of the website.
Enrollment and consent
You may enroll through the form on our SMS Customer Care page. By checking the consent box and submitting your mobile number, you authorize Pet Cremation Directory to send recurring customer-care texts concerning your request. Consent applies only to the number submitted.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request, normally no more than 5 messages per request unless you continue the conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any program message to cancel. After a STOP request, you may receive one final confirmation and no further program messages unless you enroll again. Reply HELP for help. You may also text program support at (669) 215-4937.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect mobile information and SMS consent records. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the program or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
